Having stuck their head above the parapet in 2015 with a couple of well-received singles, we'd come to believe that Australian funk outfit Huon Kind had dropped off the map. Unveiling their infectious new jam 'Easy For You' today has totally reassured us that the band are busy working, and we're glad to have some new retro vibes in which to sink our ears. Filled with 80's style synths and drum machines, the band say they have taken influence from the likes of D'Angelo, Brandy, R Kelly and Metronomy for 'Easy For You', and weirdly you can hear all that in the eclectic mix. Promising more music soon, Huon Kind are worth the wait. - SJ
